Two Horned Drouberhannis are extinct

The Two-Horned Drouberhannis was a happy peaceful species born from the
imagination of Dr. Seuss. Like any Dr. Seuss character they had a modest
existence. Living mostly off of fixed resources they kept their population
at a reasonable level, never too many or too few. Then one day the evil
Slivers developed a taste for Drouberhannis, eventually making them 80% of
their diet. Despite high reproduction levels and developing the ability to
short out the power to the Sliver's hair clippers, there were just too many
Slivers for the them to defend themselves. Now the extinct Two-Horned
Drouberhannis can only be seen mounted on walls as trophies for their
killers.
